Sickflicks.com originally premiered on 4/20/99, Intended as an online portfolio for L.A. Photographer Touch, it quickly took shape as a portal into a lifestyle. We covered every event big & small, from hip-hop shows to backyard bbq's, we had Los Angeles in a scope! Touch had flicks that faithful West Coast hip-hop fans were dying to see. Sickflicks.com hadn't only caught the attention of hip-hop fans across the globe, but the performers themselves were tuning in to check out coverage from their own events. Hits poured in from the four corners & helped pioneer a new type of dotcom. "We didn't do it for a living, we did it for a lifestyle" says Touch. The site ran for about 3 years before the lifestyle we were trying to capture, captured us. A lack of updates, lead to a lack of interest & the site was eventually taken down. Sickflicks.com was followed up by a growing number of personal websites, myspaces, & all those others we can’t live without. The decision to bring Sick Flicks back was not an easy one, but I must say it was inspired by a new generation. We threw the OG on there as a reminder to those who were around, & for those who don't know...we are the original!

THE GAME vs THE REAL KUSH HOUSE

My brother Mic-MC aka Mic Myers OG and I have been f**kin with The Game since 06' when my brother took 3rd place in a NationWide mixtape contest hosted by Mr Butterfly himself.

For the next year and half Mic-MC marinated on an Indi label from Los Angeles before signing with a brand new label from Ventura County by the name of KUSH HOUSE RECORDS.

Kush House was founded by 2 brothers from the 805 that I went to high school with. As my brother found a new home at Kush House,

I also became In house photographer for the label. I have photographed every artist on the label numerous times for numerous projects.

[What's up Mic Myers, EMT, Fire, Analyze, M1nd Original, Lil T, Madogg, Chucks]

I most recently photographed my Kush House niggas as they opened for The Game early last year in our home town.

I also photographed The Game that night, especially when he honored our camp by throwing on a Kush House foam "W" and raising it high in the air!

The Game drank water out of a Grey Goose bottle for the rest of the night until we gave him a Kush House blunt. He eventually burned his fingers and dropped the blunt, who does that?!?

Fast forward to 2011 after Dr. Dre drops "Kush", The Game claims to have started a new label for Indi artist called Kushouse.

Spelled incorrectly for a reason, mainly because my homeboys own the name and partially because he's retarded.

The REAL Kush House has also opened for the likes of 50Cent,

Paul Wall & Chamillionaire and taken center stage at The Spring Gathering hosted by Gorilla Union. Kush House has also been certified by, recorded with or visited by artist such as B-Real, Lil Scrappy, The Realist, Mello Man Ace, Swifty McVae, SenDogg, DJ Muggs, Danny Diablo, Chong, Son Doobie, KRS-1, Planet Asia, Crooked I, Beatnuts, Devin the Dude and the list goes on...

On Feb 13th The REAL Kush House will open for Big Snoop Dogg and once again remind the West Coast who started this movement. I invite you all to attend and support the Kush House Originators!

We all know who The REAL KUSH HOUSE is

and there's nothing real about The Game. He is as much The Kush Man as Lupe Fiasco is a dope skateboarder!
